Seeing as there is a lot of confused people, I'll sort this out..

Q:   Why do I only have 500,000 credits?
A:  You got reset, lol. But remember to vote for the 10mill, it'll help a lot.

Q:  I only have 500 turns, but when I joined last round I had 5000? WTF?
A:  You get 500 if you are a member at the start of the round, but if you join after the beginning, you start with 5000. Remember to vote for an extra 225 turns.

Q:  Do I stay in my alliance?
A:  Sure, as long as you don't leave it. The reset won't kick you out. Of course, the leader might.  16

Q:  Do I keep all of my fleets?
A:  Yes, but they'll just have 0 ships. If you don't even have the blueprints, send a message to e, because It's a bug.

Q:  I voted, where the heck are my bonuses?
A:  They'll take a while to transfer.

The key to burning.

Lets say you have 3000 turns(max at beginning of round)
Extend Commandship- 300 turns
Build facilty- put all those segments towards workshops till you get to 1000
E.C.-300 turns
B.F.- All towards Farms
E.C.- 300 turns
B.F.-Farms

Repeat those steps till you have have around 400-500 turns to spare

Then Build Some ships, or trainiee fighters (at least 25k-30k)
Thanks to waylain for that.
But remember, only do missions if you buy solid ships, because swarmers will cost you. ;)

The difference between gods and daemons largely depends upon where one is standing at the time.

This is a good thread.

And Another good tip is to let your turns build up then burn then on segs

waylain extend should be only 100 turns :D and the first extend should be a higher turn number(probably 250 or so) to get more segs on startup :D and it should be enough to put 300 segs into workshops- any higher is a waste of possible income :D

The key to burning.

Non-gold players
Wait till you have 3000 turns(less than 2 days with voting)
Put 30 segments into workshop and 70 into farms
Extend Commandship- 250 turns
Build facilty- put all those segments towards workshops till you get to 300, anything over that amount goes into farms
E.C.-100 turns
B.F.- All towards Farms
E.C.- 100 turns
B.F.-Farms

Repeat those steps untill you have 500 turns left-> buy ships-> do missions

Gold players
Wait till you have 5000 turns(about 3 days with voting)
Put 30 segments into workshop and 70 into farms
Extend Commandship- 500 turns
Build facilty- put all those segments towards workshops till you get to 300, anything over that amount goes into farms
E.C.-100 turns
B.F.- All towards Farms
E.C.- 100 turns
B.F.-Farms

Repeat those steps untill you have 500 turns left-> buy ships-> do missions

i think these ways are superior to the way waylain offered :D

Ok let me clear this up for any new players,

NEVER BUY WORKERS
EVER

Its not worth it, you should invest your money in ships
So you can grow faster and make more money.
Once again

NEVER BUY WORKERS
